Having over 9+ years of experience Mr. Vishal Mehta heads the Business Development, Land Acquisition, Operations and Sales of the business.
The new ultra-modern and forward approach of the Megaj Realtors family can largely contributed to his never say die attitude and perseverance. Under his leadership Megaj Realtors is now and ISO 9001 - 2008 copmany and with his father as guide he is taking the copmany to new heights with the same core family values instilled.
Mr. Ashwin Mehta, an integral part of the Megaj Realtors family since the very first day of its inception. He heads the Projects Development and is the key to all the On-Site activities of the project. It is under his guidance and dedication that makes it possible for us to put the design from paper on the floor.
One of the foremost talents in the Indian architecture space, Mr. Reza Kabul has envisioned and successfully executed a string of path breaking projects centered on the design philosophy of ´liberating spaces´. It is this philosophy which bodes with the vision Megaj Realtors share and thus has formed in a long term working mantra.
Dewang Shah, a civil engineer by profession, has acute knowledge of rules, regulations and government policies. He has been associated with Megaj Realtor for 10+ years, he has successfully complete more than 150 projects individually.
Priyank Bhatt has completed his B.Arch from Kamla Raheja Vidyanidhi Institute of Architecture and is registered with Council of Architecture and P.E.A.T.A. He is a practicing Liaison Architect for past 12 years and has been associated with Megaj Realtors since then over most of our projects.
K H Shah is the propreitor of Paras Consultants. He has over 38+ years of experience and has handled assigments consisiting of Factory Sheds, Chemical Plants, Residential Complex, Shopping Centers, Hotels and Hospitals to name a few. He has been associated with Megaj Realtors for the past 20 years.
Civil Engineer by qualification Mr. Bhavin Shah is heading Structural Consultancy, Execution P.M.C and Society P.M.C in Hexagon Consultants. With acute acumen and 18+ years of experience in structures, he has designed more than 250 projects for Residential , Commercial , Warehouse & Industrial segments.
Having established his firm LJ LAW in the year 1998 and years of experience to back it up, Lalit Jain is not an unknown when it comes to matter tending to legalities. His firm is registered with the Bombay High Court as Advocates & Solicitor (England & Wales) and with the Law Society/Solicitors Regulation Authority, United Kingdom as Solicitor (England & Wales). The firm's domestic and international clients range from privately owned to multi national companies. He has served various corporate clients, institutions and business on various matters and we are really proud to be associated with him.
